Start of Shardiya Navratri 2025

This year, Shardiya Navratri will start from 22nd September. Navratri begins with Kalash Sthapana. The main attraction of this festival is Durga Puja, which starts from the Shashthi date of Navratri. This time, the date of Shashthi will fall on 28th September. Durga Puja will start today, which will last for five days. During this period, the festivals of Mahashashthi, Mahasaptami, Mahaashtami, Mahanavami, and Vijayadashami will be celebrated.
